Smart Moves — Physical Activity Programs in Queensland State Schools, launched July 2007, aims to increase student participation in physical activity and to improve the quality of the activity.
Caboolture Special School already has a strong commitment to Education Queensland’s Smart Choices program which promotes healthy eating. It is with great enthusiasm as a school community that we embrace the goals of Smart Moves.
Our key goal is that all students in suites 1-3 and 4-6 participate in a minimum of 30 minutes daily physical activity and students in suites 7-9 and Transition participate in at least 2 hours per week of physical activity.
